Welcome to Hybrid Music Station.
By submitting audio tracks or promotional material through our portal, you agree to the following broadcast terms.

1. Content Ownership & Warranties.
You represent and warrant that you are the sole creator, copyright holder, or authorized distributor of all submitted content, and that broadcasting your material does not infringe on any third-party rights.

2. Non-Exclusive Broadcast License.
You grant Hybrid Music Station a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to stream, broadcast, index, and archive your music across our digital radio network and associated platforms.

3. Content Selection & Rotation.
All submissions undergo mandatory quality control. Submission does not guarantee broadcast; playlist inclusion, rotation frequency, and scheduling remain at the sole discretion of our curation team.

4. Original Woks Only!
We only accept 100% original tracks produced by the submitting artist. We do NOT accept bootlegs, unlicensed remixes, covers, mashups, or tracks containing uncleared commercial samples. By submitting your track, you certify that you own all copyrights and master rights to the recording and composition.

5. Clean & Non-Explicit Content.
Hybrid Music Station strictly prohibits tracks containing explicit lyrics/profanity, hate speech, racism, political affiliations, or religious messaging. We aim to keep our live broadcast accessible and enjoyable for a global audience. Submissions violating these content guidelines will be immediately rejected without review or refund.

6. Revocation.
You may request the removal of your tracks from active broadcast rotation at any time via written notice.
