1. Submission & Curation (No Guaranteed Acceptance.
You may submit up to 3 tracks for free review per month. Submission does not guarantee airplay. Our curation team evaluates each track based on audio quality, station fit, and compliance with our 7 Submission Rules found on our website. Acceptance can range from 0 to all 3 tracks.

2. Email Approval & Short Vertical Promo Video.
Do not post anything yet! If your music is accepted, you will receive an approval email containing our official Short Vertical Promo Video (9:16 format, 25–50 seconds) and the exact text/links to copy and paste.

3. Mandatory Promotional Requirement.
To activate your 30 days of radio rotation, you must upload our Short Vertical Promo Video and complete ALL THREE promotional steps using the provided materials:

➤ YouTube Shorts / Video & Pinned Comment: Upload our short vertical video to your YouTube channel with our copy-paste text in the description and set our website link as a Pinned Comment.

➤ YouTube Community Post: Share a promo post with our short video/link directly to your YouTube subscribers.

➤ Facebook Reels / Public Post: Upload our short vertical video (as a Reel or Video) on Facebook with the provided text and clickable link, set to Public (visible to everyone).

4. Proof Link Verification & Rotation Launch.
Once you reply to our approval email with the direct links of your 3 published promotional posts, your 30-day rotation will officially begin. All posts and links must remain active for the full 30 days so we can verify them at any time with a single click.

5. Removal & Lifetime Ban.
We regularly verify live links. If any promo video or link is removed, deleted, or made private before the 30-day period ends, your tracks will be immediately removed from radio rotation, and your artist profile will be permanently banned from future submissions.
